Return Policy

Customs Fee
You might be asked to pay customs duty or value-added tax by the customs of your country. MONITORMATE will not refund these charges. We have no control over these charges or the costs applicable as they are based on the tax laws of different countries. We recommend you contact your local customs office to find out more about any possible charges you may be required to pay.

Policy for Returns and Exchange of products
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Returns 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return an item:

If you are shipping back an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will refund you within 10 business days upon reception. The items will go through a Quality Assurance test. If the items have clearly been used or damaged, we will not be able to refund the products. Refunds are for items only, as shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not cover the shipping fees for this procedure.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We are happy to exchange any product within 7 days, if the products are in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

We do not cover the shipping fees for this procedure. You will need to pay for the item return and for the shipping of the new item. 
The product you are returning will go through a Quality Assurance test upon arrival. If the returned items have clearly been used or damaged, additional charges will be requested.
